Meet Our Executive Team
A longtime advocate for sustainability, Vincent first envisioned Renova Energy as his Master’s thesis more than a decade ago. Since then, with Vincent at the helm, Renova Energy has been honored as “America’s First Professionally Accredited Solar Company” in 2012, as SunPower Corporation’s “Dealer of the Year,” and been on Inc. Magazine’s 500/500 list of Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies three years in a row. Also, the author of the book “Cut the Cord: How to Achieve Energy Independence by Joining the Solar-Powered Microgrid Revolution,” Vincent is committed to ensuring that Renova Energy maintains the highest level of service and solar savings for its customers.

At the helm of Renova’s finances as CFO since 2014, Dixie oversees the budget across all departments. This crucial responsibility includes regular meetings with the executive team to determine the viability and cost structure of each division, as well as setting their revenue goals. Her 15+ years in the solar industry are invaluable in determining optimal strategies, and she has been a major contributor to Renova’s growth in the short and long term.

Isaac has worked with Renova Energy since 2007, effectively overseeing multiple processes throughout the company, from Engineering to Project Management to Installation. With his extensive experience, he has guided the functionality of Renova Energy’s residential and commercial operations in order to drive large-scale, sustainable growth for the company.

An engineer with more than 8 years of experience and a member of NFRA, Matt manages and directs Renova’s Engineering and IT department by focusing on strategic planning, system design, quality assurance, and problem resolution. He also partners with management to develop systems and controls to ensure compliance with all quality standards.

Aida joined Renova Energy in 2014 and has been an integral part of the growth of Renova Energy’s Service and Roofing Divisions, RenovaPLUS, and RenovaROOFS. Aida currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, where she oversees budgeting, planning, implementation, management, and oversight of all company expansion into new territories, including RenovaPLUS and RenovaROOFS. Aida holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware and brings over 20 years of accounting experience.

As Renova Energy’s Human Resources Vice President, Aaron manages to hire new employee partners, and employee benefits, along with all insurance programs and the safety requirements for the company. Aaron comes to us with 15 years of private aviation management from Palm Springs Airport to Van Nuys.

Darryl has been a leader in the solar industry for more than a decade. Having worked with both SunPower and Enphase, Darryl ensures his teams bring forth a best-in-class customer service experience. Overseeing our Sales and Marketing, Darryl grows further with Renova to help our Coachella Valley and Tucson communities continue to thrive with the benefits of renewable energy. Darryl started with SunPower in 2011, where he served as the Senior Regional Sales Manager for the Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii markets. In 2022, Darryl made the switch from SunPower to Enphase, where he worked in the EV charging division. He sees the integration of EV charging as a major benefit for the Coachella Valley since California leads the U.S. in solar and EVs sold.

Scott has been a successful business leader for over 30 years, with a focus on customer service, operations, systems development, organizational change, and project management. He is a driven professional with a background in both growth-oriented and established businesses. Scott has extensive experience with designing and implementing process controls and metrics. Through his dedication to customer service excellence and the community, he has served as project manager for one of the largest community improvement projects in the Coachella Valley. Scott has a passion for helping people find solutions so they can maximize their solar savings.

Lisa Battaglia, Esq. serves as Corporate Legal Counsel for Renova Energy Corp. and oversees legal matters concerning the Company and its employees. A graduate of Purdue University (B.A. 1986) and Santa Clara University Law School (J.D. 1992), Ms. Battaglia has a strong background in business and civil litigation. In 2014, she established her own Workers’ Compensation defense firm in Newport Beach, which represented and served employers, insurance carriers, and Third Party Administrators. She also acted as judge pro tem for the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. A member of the California State Bar since December 1992, Ms. Battaglia was also sworn in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Erick’s journey at Renova Energy started in 2015, and he has climbed the ladder to be the Vice President of RenovaROOFS. He has been a fundamental element in the development of this division. He directs the roofing division to ensure a smooth flow through process implementations, problem resolution, customer service, and structural adjustments. RenovaROOFS coordinates with various departments to ensure quality and seamless transition with roof prep for PV installation.
