Here is a message from our CEO, Vincent, that is near and dear to his heart: a deep appreciation of the teams we work with day in and day out, who make us the robust, irrepressible company we are.

In praise of unsung heroes!

I’d like to recognize some of the unsung heroes of Renova Energy—the incredible field staff of Renova Energy, RenovaPLUS, and RenovaROOFS!

As temperatures start to rise, their work intensifies, too. Yet, our dedicated field staff continues to brave through, working diligently to prepare, install, and maintain the solar energy systems that play a crucial role in creating a sustainable present and an even more sustainable future. 

We appreciate them so much, as well as others throughout our community who are similarly working through harsh conditions, that we created an official Outdoor Worker Appreciation Week that is recognized by the state senate. It’s also now co-sponsored by the City of Palm Desert and Burrtec, as they both recognize their staff members who are similarly challenged as the temperatures rise but determined to continue to persevere to get the job done.

A company is only as strong as the people who power it, and our field staff truly exemplifies the dedication, resilience, and spirit that define who we are. They are often the face of Renova to our customers, representing our values and commitment to excellence, and from what I’ve seen, they do it with the best attitudes. 

Let’s celebrate the incredible team on the ground and on the roofs that make our mission possible. If you see any of our field staff, give them an extra thank you and let them know how much you appreciate their hard work and dedication.
